Team Lead – PIM (inRiver Specialist)

The Vibe

Forget the stiff corporate hierarchy. This role is about ownership. You’ll be the primary technical authority for PIM, guiding a talented team of developers and analysts across global time zones. You’ll be the bridge between technical design and business strategy, making sure product data flows perfectly from ERPs and DAMs right through to the customer.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the Pilot: Lead the configuration and customization of the inRiver platform. You’re the one setting the standards for data models and workflows.

• Mentor & Grow: You won’t just manage tasks; you’ll guide and mentor a team, acting as the final word on technical escalations and quality control.

• Bridge the Gap: Talk to marketing, eCommerce, and IT teams to turn their big ideas into scalable technical reality.

• Integrate Everything: Oversee how inRiver talks to ERPs, DAMs, and eCommerce platforms using APIs and smart architectural patterns.

• Set the Standard: Establish the governance and taxonomy that keeps data clean, consistent, and useful.

What You Bring to the Table

• The inRiver Factor: You’ve spent at least 5 years deep inside the inRiver PIM platform. You know its quirks, its strengths, and its potential.

• Leadership Chops: You’re comfortable allocating work, reviewing code/configs, and keeping a project on the rails.

• Technical Knowledge: You’re a pro at data modeling and taxonomies. If you have experience with inRiver APIs or scripting (JavaScript/Python), that’s a massive plus.

• Communication: You can explain complex data structures to a non-technical stakeholder without making their head spin.
