Senior Project Manager (Adobe Experience Cloud)

We are currently representing a leading consultancy that is looking for a Senior Project Manager who knows their way around Adobe technology and thrives on delivering high-quality digital solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

You won’t just be ticking boxes; you’ll be the heartbeat of the project. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Relationship Building: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing their expectations, and keeping everyone in the loop via video, phone, or in person.

• Keeping the Gears Turning: Creating and executing detailed project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring the team is hitting their utilization targets.

• Navigating Challenges: Identifying risks and blockers before they become issues, and tactfully managing change requests when scope shifts.

• Quality Control: Reviewing deliverables to make sure they are polished and ready for the client, while always looking for ways to improve the process.

• Bridging the Gap: Translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders so everyone is moving in the same direction.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Experience: You’ve spent 3+ years in a Project Management role within the tech space (ideally at an agency or consulting firm).

• The Tech Savvy: You have a solid understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM or other CMS experience is a huge plus).

• Financial Smarts: You’re comfortable managing project financials, including profit/loss, margins, and billing.

• The Tools: Experience with JIRA or Mavenlink is preferred, and if you have a PMP certification, that’s the cherry on top.

• The Mindset: You’re a mentor and a leader who can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
