You’ll be the bridge that ensures a lead's activity in Marketo is instantly available across the full Adobe stack to trigger personalized experiences and fundamentally shrink the sales cycle.
Streamline the Data: Lead the configuration of Marketo Source Connectors to stream Person, Activity, and Program data into AEP Datasets.
Stitch the Identity: Partner with Data Architects to make sure Marketo Lead IDs are accurately mapped within the AEP Identity Graph for seamless cross-channel tracking.
Hybrid Orchestration: Design workflows where Marketo handles the long-term B2B nurture, while Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) steps in to manage high-velocity, real-time triggers based on web behavior.
Close the Loop: Orchestrate feedback loops that push AEP segments back into Marketo for hyper-targeted email campaigns.
Full-Funnel Insights: Use Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to track attribution, combining Marketo's top-of-funnel metrics with web activity and offline sales data.
Keep it Clean: Manage the data synchronization between Marketo and major CRMs (like Salesforce or MS Dynamics) while keeping data privacy (GDPR/CCPA) locked down.
Map the Future: Guide B2B clients away from legacy Marketo setups and onto a modern, "AEP-Enabled" marketing stack.
You’re someone who sees the bigger picture. You know exactly where Marketo excels in lead scoring and nurturing, but you also understand how to supercharge those capabilities using AEP, AJO, and CJA.
Marketo Mastery: 5+ years of hands-on Marketo experience, with a Marketo Certified Expert or Architect credential required.
AEP Foundation: 1–2 years of experience working directly with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or RTCDP.
Technical Chops: Solid understanding of XDM Schema Mapping, Marketo’s REST/SOAP APIs, and the AEP B2B Edition (including Accounts, Opportunities, and Buying Groups).
B2B Strategy: Deep understanding of MQL/SQL lifecycles, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and transition from static to intent-based lead scoring.
Operational Agility: High degree of autonomy, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to comfortably juggle multiple projects with competing timelines.
