At Hirobe, we’re partnering with a leading organization to find a Marketing Audience Specialist who lives and breathes data-driven orchestration. This is a chance to get deep into the weeds of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), helping a major brand refine how they connect with their customers at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the resident expert on all things audience-related, ensuring that data flows correctly and that marketers know how to use it effectively.

  • Own the RTCDP Ecosystem: You’ll become the "go-to" for data schemas, source integrations, and activation workflows. You aren't just using the platform; you're mastering how it works.

  • Bridge the Gap: You’ll work cross-functionally to implement new product features and datasets, making sure technical builds actually solve real-world marketing problems.

  • Ensure Quality: From conducting UAT on new segmentation capabilities to measuring the business impact of your work, you’ll be the gatekeeper of data quality.

  • Enable the Team: You’ll create user-friendly playbooks, FAQs, and training sessions to help marketing teams adopt AEP best practices with confidence.

  • Deliver Insights: You won't just build segments; you'll report on them. You’ll highlight audience sizing, quality, and engagement trends to help shape future GTM strategies.

Who You Are

  • An Ops Veteran: You have 7–10 years of experience in marketing or platform operations.

  • A CDP Expert: You have hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms and a solid grasp of marketing and sales automation tools.

  • Analytical & Strategic: You know how to apply analytical methods to business problems to drive actual outcomes.

  • A Great Communicator: You can explain a complex data join to a non-technical stakeholder without making their eyes glaze over.

  • Education: You hold a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
