Lead Financial Systems Administrator - OneStream SME

One of our key partners is looking for a Lead Financial Systems Administrator to take the reins of their OneStream XF environment. If you’re the person who looks at complex metadata, security configurations, and data integrations and sees an opportunity to innovate, this role is for you.

We are looking for a hands-on lead who can act as the primary SME, bridging the gap between Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure their global reporting and planning systems are world-class.

The Role

This isn’t just a maintenance job. You’ll be the architect of efficiency. You’ll work closely with Accounting, FP&A, and Tax teams to design high-impact dashboards and reports that actually make sense to the business. You’ll also be the "go-to" for complex data integrations—specifically linking Oracle EBS with OneStream—ensuring everything is accurate, reconciled, and SOX-compliant.

What You’ll Be Doing

• System Ownership: Lead the administration of OneStream XF, from metadata and security to performance monitoring and upgrades.

• Reporting & Analytics: Design advanced dashboards that help stakeholders visualize financial data in new, meaningful ways.

• Data Integration: Oversee the flow of data between Oracle EBS and OneStream, ensuring total accuracy and reliability.

• Process Automation: Identify where things are slow or manual and fix them. Whether it’s optimizing Oracle processes or using tech to automate workflows, you’re the driver of change.

• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead complex projects, manage vendor relationships, and mentor junior staff to help them level up their system knowledge.

• Training: Develop materials and lead sessions to make sure the whole finance team is getting the most out of the system.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: You’ve spent at least 6–8 years administering finance systems (ERP/EPM/CPM).

• System Knowledge: Deep expertise in OneStream (experience with Hyperion or similar is great, but OneStream is the star here).

• Accounting Foundation: You understand accounting principles and financial modeling—you speak the language of the teams you support.

• Integration Skills: You’ve facilitated and maintained data integrations across complex financial ecosystems.

• Tech Savvy: You’re proficient in the basics, and if you have VBA or C# skills, that’s a massive plus.

• Communication: You can present technical solutions to senior leadership without losing them in the jargon.
