Identity Resolution Architect (Adobe Experience Platform)

Right now, one of our premier clients—a globally recognized, B Corp-certified Growth Invention company—is seeking a highly technical Identity Resolution Architect to serve as the "Master Weaver" of their B2B data ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and governance of the Identity Graph within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Your mission is to take fragmented data from Marketo, Salesforce, and Databricks and stitch it into a high-fidelity "Golden Record" that enables real-time, account-based orchestration.  

  • Design the Graph: Lead the implementation of both standard (Email, ECID) and custom identity namespaces.  

  • Orchestrate Merge Policies: Configure and optimize Profile Merge Policies using timestamp-ordered precedence to ensure bulletproof data integrity across multiple sources.  

  • Stitch B2B Data: Architect the Person-to-Account relationship logic within the AEP B2B edition to support complex Buying Group Quorum detection.  

  • Protect the Data: Perform intensive "Sprint Graph QA" on account subsets to identify and fix risks of "over-merging" or "graph collapse" (like keeping shared domains from accidentally combining).  

  • Cross-Platform Activation: Collaborate with AJO and RTCDP architects so that identity stitching correctly triggers real-time customer journeys and hands off accurate audiences to destinations.  

  • Align with Analytics: Partner with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) engineers to ensure identity logic supports flawless cross-channel attribution and journey path analysis.  

What You Bring

You are a proactive self-starter who excels under tight timelines and can easily navigate high-growth, high-ambiguity environments. You know how to balance the technical need for "perfect stitching" with the business need for "marketing-ready" audiences.  

  • AEP Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with the AEP Identity Service, Private Graph, and XDM (Experience Data Model).  

  • B2B Specialization: Proven experience managing complex account-contact hierarchies and B2B-specific identity challenges.  

  • Data Lifecycle Mastery: A strong understanding of how data flows from source connectors (Marketo/CRM) through the Data Landing Zone (DLZ) and straight into the Profile Store.  

  • Forensic Troubleshooting: The analytical ability to run data analysis, resolve "unintentional merges," and validate identity maps at scale.
