Digital Experience Manager

Could you own a global personalisation and optimisation strategy for one of the leading sports nutrition businesses? Do you want to be part of an ambitious growth plan to catapult this company’s products internationally?

With recent investment in new mar-tech capabilities on Adobe Experience Cloud, the Digital Experience Manager will lead the personalisation and optimisation efforts through Adobe Target. As owner for global CRO, you’ll also be responsible for leading the personalisation test and learn roadmap to develop data-driven insights and recommendations for future activity across the wider marketing, commercial and trading teams.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director as part of the central marketing team, the Digital Experience Manager will also work closely with the UX and Platform team on development requests and changes across the group’s websites to improve conversion.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the development and delivery of the personalisation and optimisation strategy, collaborating with internal teams to ensure buy-in and execution within country markets and relevant teams to support CRO and deliver revenue growth.
  • Lead the test and learn roadmap for A/B testing, optimisation, and personalisation to deliver revenue growth, proactively providing insights and trends to wider teams.
  • Lead the development of personalised digital experiences for customer segments and audiences, defining requirements (web pages, banners, content) partnering with the Performance Marketing team, CRM team and media agencies to define, deliver and optimise new and existing audience experiences. 
  • Collaborate and contribute to the evolution of our customer segmentation, programming and contact strategy development.
  • Responsible for driving standardised ways of working through the creation of playbooks and blueprints to be shared across the different markets.
  • Continuously evolve the Adobe Target platform, implementing new platform capabilities, enhancements, and innovations.

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in digital marketing/media, agency, or client side
  • Hands on experience with Adobe Target, Magento 2, Adobe Analytics
  • Extensive experience in leading CRO programs for e-commerce websites including content and asset creation, development, and coding experience.
  • SEO experience and understanding of onsite requirements to support cost efficient conversion.
  • Pro-active, data-driven self-starter who can turn insights into actionable growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage commercial and creative/UX principles.
  • Ability to manage internal, platform and agency partner relationships.
  • Experience in high volume, fast paced ecommerce environment
