 A company based in San Jose is looking for a full-time Customer Relationship Manager Channel Specialist to take responsibility for the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

The successful candidate will have a proven history of utilising Adobe products like Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign or Adobe Journey Optimiser to deliver and build multichannel campaigns, as well as managed campaign content on content management systems. 

You’ll have:

• Extensive experience in campaign execution across various channels - primarily on Adobe products. 
• The ability to use HTML to build email campaigns. 
• Experience with email marketing tools, web content management systems, and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification or similar.
• Certification in digital marketing or related tools (e.g., HubSpot).
