Campaign Capabilities Lead

United States - Remote Competitive Contract

Are you an Adobe ecosystem expert who loves turning complex "how do we do this?" questions into seamless, automated workflows?

At Hirobe, we’re helping a long-standing partner find a strategic Campaign Capabilities Lead to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile "Adobe-on-Adobe" initiative—using Adobe’s own world-class tech to power their internal marketing and campaign operations.

Since we’re an Adobe Bronze Partner, we don't just "fill roles"; we understand the tech you’ll be touching every day. If you live for optimizing workflows and making life easier for marketing practitioners, let's talk.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn't just about managing tasks; it's about building the blueprint for how marketing gets done. You’ll be the bridge between the big-picture strategy and the practitioners on the ground.

  • Be the Voice of the User: You’ll translate business needs into actionable requirements, ensuring that when new capabilities roll out, they actually work for the people using them.

  • Lead the Charge on Pilots: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design and execute pilots for new tools. You’ll define the workflow standards that eventually become the company-wide "gold standard."

  • Create the Playbook: You’ll turn complex technical setups into clear, digestible playbooks and guidance that help teams adopt new tech without the headache.

  • Drive Scale: You’ll be a key player in the rollout of platforms like Workfront Planning, GenStudio, and AEP, helping to evolve AI-ready workflows that reduce manual grind.

Who You Are

  • An Operations Pro: You have 5–7 years of experience in marketing ops, platform ops, or product management.

  • Adobe Savvy: You have hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (including Planning) and ideally exposure to GenStudio or AEP. (Familiarity with Jira or Airtable is also a big plus).

  • A Translator: You can sit in a room with engineers and then walk over to a marketing team and explain exactly how a new feature will save them three hours a week.

  • Adaptable: You’re comfortable in the "gray area" of a pilot program and enjoy the challenge of building processes from scratch.

Why Hirobe?

We’re specialists, not generalists. We’ve been immersed in the Adobe Experience Cloud since 2018, which means we can actually talk shop with you about your career goals and the nuances of the platforms you use.
