AEP Lead - Real-Time CDP Specialist

The Mission - We are looking for an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Lead who lives for the challenge of building a truly unified customer view. This isn't just a management role; it’s a "get under the hood" position where you’ll own the hands-on implementation and strategy for AEP and RTCDP within a sophisticated Adobe MarTech stack.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the Platform: You’ll lead the hands-on configuration and management of AEP and RTCDP. This means everything from schemas and datasets to identity stitching and profile enablement.

• The Data Architect: You’ll design and maintain ingestion pipelines from web, CRM, and offline sources. You’re the gatekeeper of data quality, governance, and compliance.

• Creating the "Golden Record": You’ll build unified customer profiles and segments, then activate them across both Adobe and non-Adobe channels to drive real-world results.

• Technical Translator: You’ll act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, taking complex business goals and turning them into scalable data models that actually work.

• AEP Expert: You have deep experience with the Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP. You know the nuances of the platform like the back of your hand.

• Data Fluency: You’re comfortable working with diverse data sources (Web, CRM, Offline) and understand how to bring them together into a cohesive ecosystem.
