AEM Technical Architect | DAM Specialist

United States - Remote Competitive Contract

The Opportunity - Are you a seasoned AEM pro who lives and breathes Digital Asset Management? At Hirobe, we’re working with a leading organization looking for a heavy-hitter to lead the charge on a large-scale Adobe DAM transformation.

We aren't just another recruitment agency; as an Adobe Bronze Partner, we speak your language. We know that a DAM isn’t just a folder for images—it’s the engine of a modern content supply chain. If you’re ready to architect enterprise-level solutions and handle complex migrations, we should talk.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t a "maintenance" role. You’ll be the technical visionary for a major Adobe DAM implementation and migration project.

  • Architect & Design: Lead the blueprinting of Adobe DAM solutions within the AEM platform to support global content workflows.

  • The Big Move: Oversee and execute high-stakes migrations from legacy systems into Adobe AEM Assets.

  • Strategy & Structure: Build out metadata models, taxonomies, and tagging frameworks that actually make sense for the users.

  • Automate Everything: Configure slick DAM workflows for approvals, publishing, and versioning to keep operations moving fast.

  • Connect the Dots: Integrate the DAM with the wider ecosystem, including CRM, PIM, and Marketing Automation tools.

  • Performance & Security: Ensure the system is lightning-fast and rock-solid, implementing RBAC and DRM to keep assets governed and secure.

What We’re Looking For

You’ve been in the trenches and have the battle scars to prove it. Specifically, we need:

  • The Deep Experience: 10+ years in the DAM space, with at least 7 of those years being hands-on with Adobe AEM Assets.

  • Migration Mastery: You’re an expert in ETL processes, metadata transformation, and moving mountains of data to the cloud.

  • Technical Versatility: You’re comfortable with APIs, GraphQL, and cloud storage (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • The Integrator: You’ve successfully linked Adobe DAM with platforms like Salesforce, Workfront, or Sitecore in the past.

  • Communication: You can explain complex architectural decisions to stakeholders without making their heads spin.

Bonus Points For:

  • Adobe AEM Architect or Assets Certifications.

  • A background in AI-driven tagging and automation.

  • Experience navigating Digital Rights Management (DRM) and complex archival policies.

Ready to jump in? If you’re an AEM Architect who specializes in DAM and wants to work on a project where your expertise actually moves the needle, apply today.
