Adobe Target Lead Developer

The Big Picture - We are looking for a technical ace to take the reins of an Adobe Target implementation within a sophisticated MarTech ecosystem. This isn't just about running tests; it’s about being the architect of personalization. You’ll be the one translating big ideas and "what ifs" into high-performing A/B and XT tests that move the needle.

What’s on your plate?

• The Architect: You’ll configure and manage Adobe Target, ensuring it plays nicely with the rest of the Adobe MarTech stack.

• The Scientist: You’ll take hypotheses and business goals and turn them into actionable, executable A/B and Experience Targeting (XT) tests.

• The Personalization Pro: You’ll be the driving force behind site personalization, making sure the right user sees the right content at the perfect time.

• The Data Guru: You’ll ensure that everything is being tracked and reported accurately within both Target and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

• The Coach: You’ll help level up the client’s internal teams through enablement training, sharing your knowledge on how to get the most out of the toolset.

• Target Expertise: You live and breathe Adobe Target. You know the ins and outs of implementation and optimization.

• Full-Stack Thinking: You understand how Target fits into the wider Adobe ecosystem (especially CJA) and how to ensure data flows correctly between them.

• Analytical Mindset: You don't just "do" things—you want to know why they work. You can turn raw data into a story that stakeholders understand.

• People Skills: You’re comfortable leading training sessions and acting as a technical mentor for client teams.
