Adobe CJA Engineer

The Evolution of Analytics - If you’ve spent years mastering Adobe Analytics but are ready to step into the world of cross-channel, journey-based data, this is the role for you. We’re looking for a CJA Engineer to help a client bridge the gap between "what happened on the site" and "how the customer actually interacts across every touchpoint."

You’ll be the person making sure the data flows, the dashboards tell a story, and the insights are actually actionable.

What you’ll be doing

• Building the Bridge: You’ll configure and maintain the connections between Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). You’ll be the master of datasets, data views, and component settings.

• Creating Clarity: You’ll build and maintain the dashboards and workspaces that stakeholders actually want to use. You’re turning raw data into a narrative that helps the business make better decisions.

• The Logic Specialist: You’ll define and QA the metrics, dimensions, and attribution models. You know that a report is only as good as the measurement framework behind it.

• Data Integrity: You’ll be the gatekeeper, reconciling CJA outputs with source data in AEP to make sure everything is accurate and complete.

• Problem Solver: When the marketing or product teams have a "big question," you’ll be the one who translates their requirements into executable visualizations and deep-dive analyses.

Your Background

• CJA Enthusiast: You have hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and understand its relationship with AEP.

• Data Rigor: You have a high attention to detail. You don't just build reports; you validate the "why" and the "how" behind the numbers.

• Stakeholder Savvy: You can talk to marketing, product, and platform teams with ease, translating their business needs into technical requirements.

• The "Adobe Native" Mindset: You’re comfortable navigating the wider Adobe MarTech stack and understand how data moves through the ecosystem.
