Online Sales Analyst

In this exciting role, you’ll optimise sales strategies and enhance revenue generation through digital channels for clients. You’ll analyse customer behaviour, monitor sales trends and collaborate with various teams to drive effective online sales campaigns and improve customer experiences. 

You’ll be:

• Identifying patterns and trends in data to provide strategic insights and improve sales performance.
• Independently preparing and developing sales advice. 
• Performing deep dive analyses using GA4, Tableau / Data Studio / Looker and Big Query. 
• Coordinating and managing integrations of GA data into Tableau Dashboards.
• Coordinating Google tags and conversion pixels to enable performance tracking. 
• Managing possible updates and further development of existing Looker Studio Dashboards.
• Coordinating Tag management and debugging with the engineering team.
• Performing advanced statistical analysis by utilising machine learning techniques.

The role would ideally suit someone with previous experience of working as an analyst in the retail or travel industry, who has an understanding of programming languages such as Python, R and SQL, and who is proficient in various statistical techniques, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
