We have a great opportunity for a Data Scientist to join an exciting digital agency with huge plans for growth this year.

As a Data Scientist you will play an exciting role in expanding their team and services to support Adobe’s new data science solution the Adobe Experience Platform (https://www.adobe.com/uk/experience-platform.html).

What you do:

  • You develop and present the technical and data concepts with your project team to clients.
  • For this you create the detailed technical concepts for implementation and any relevant implementation models.
  • You will be responsible for leading the creation of any data and machine learning models for production use.
  • You will support the client, ensuring the data is managed and provide guidance on how to process the data effectively.
  • You will work with clients to ensure technical and process best practices are followed with the product owner and the client team you work closely on backlog topics, acceptance criteria and user stories.
  • You are the first contact for critical technical questions and support them hands-on if necessary.
  • You facilitate workshops for technical topics with your project team and/or the client team.
  • You observe how we can improve our developing processes by using innovative methods or new technologies.
  • For the preparation of offers you support our New Business Team in presales activities.

What you have:

  • Strong knowledge of Python/R, PostgreSQL, Jupyter-lab, Scikit-learn, Numpy, Pandas, Matplot, TensorFlow/Pytorch, Postman.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts such as Classification, regression and clustering.
  • Any knowledge of the Adobe Marketing Platform (AEM/Campaign/Target/Analytics), NoSQL databases, Data lakes, and Tableau is advantageous
  • Experience building sophisticated machine learning algorithms for use in Marketing Platforms. 
  • Knowledge of Real-Time Personalisation, Recommendation systems, Journey Orchestration or data optimisation would be advantageous
  • Agile project management frameworks like SCRUM aren’t new to you.
