The role:

  • You are responsible for the conception and implementation of analyses of quantitative (web analytics) and qualitative (survey, market environment) data. You will also be involved in market observation, obtaining qualitative user feedback and competitor analyses are also among your essential tools.
  • You will define and create audiences in Adobe Audience Manager or the Adobe Experience Platform for a targeted approach, benefiting from your knowledge of current developments in online marketing and the corresponding channels.
  • You will take over the conception, implementation and evaluation of A/B or multi-variant tests with Adobe Target for website optimisation. You will carry out simple tests and personalisation independently, but you will also implement complex projects in close cooperation with our developers.
  • In order to discover optimisation potential, you will produce analyses and reports from which you can derive test hypotheses and define recommendations for action.
  • Your tasks will also include developing a long-term strategy to optimise the customer experience and conveying your conversion rate optimisation know-how to your customers.

About you:

  • You have knowledge of the conception, support and analysis of digital analytics projects with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or comparable tools.
  • You possess a deep familiarity with audience management or customer data platform projects with Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium CDP or comparable tools.
  • You have a sophisticated understanding of testing or personalisation projects with Adobe Target, Optimizely or comparable tools.
  • You enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation, think analytically, are solution-oriented and have a strategic approach.
  • You have an excellent understanding of customer journey and conversion rate optimisation, good knowledge of design principles, best practices in user experience design, website navigation or information architecture and traffic retention.
  • Basic knowledge of Javascript, HTML and CSS, and experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud is desirable.
  • You have strong communication skills and speak very good German.
