Adobe Experience Manager Quality Engineer

A cutting-edge consultancy in the heart of the East Coast is offering an exciting career opportunity for an Adobe Experience Manager Quality Engineer with an in-depth understanding of Adobe’s tech stack.

With a passion for managing the dynamics of a fast-paced environment, you’ll use your superb hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager to work closely with Business, DevOps and Architecture teams and successfully deliver complex cross-functional projects.

You’ll be:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Adobe Experience Manager projects.
• Conducting functional, regression, and integration testing of Adobe Experience Manager sites, assets, functionality, and workflows.
• Validating content authoring features, asset management, and schemas/metadata.
• Ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility of Experience Manager-driven web applications.
• Defining and identifying automation scenarios from test cases or user stories during sprints.
• Developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts for websites using Core Java, Selenium, and TestNG.
• Documenting and tracking defects using issue tracking systems such as JIRA and working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborating with product management, marketing, and fellow technologists to test and deliver seamless multi-channel experiences.
• Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Adobe Experience Manager and QA methodologies.
• Employing industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions, ensuring compliance with all applicable organisational standards.
• Ensuring that software standards and quality targets are met.

You’ll have:

• Considerable experience as a Quality Engineer in a corporate environment. 
• Extensive experience in Test Automation Framework development and implementation, including Selenium, Maven, TestNG, Cucumber, and BDD.
• A proficiency in using IDEs such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, or Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, and Jenkins.
• Testing experience in Adobe Experience Manager and its core components, including Sites, Assets, Content and Experience Fragments, and Forms.
